MIKE SEIFRIED
- Owner

mikes@promotionalelements.com

Hey, this is Mike Seifried, one of the co-founders of Promotional Elements. When I am not touring around the region on my road bike, you can find me hard at work keeping the team focused on their tasks... Well that is the goal anyways... Haha...

Steve and I created the vision of this company while we were out for a run in 1998 as we wanted to combine both of our skill sets, talents and experiences to create a multi-dimensional promotional company.  My knolwedge and experience with past organizations like Gillette, Colgate Palmolive and Bristol Myers has been very beneficial to building our business together.  Here we are today, still going strong and it has been a great adventure and challenge. Our team members are definitely "people" people and we love assisting our customers with their programs and special projects.

STEVE WHIGHAM
- Owner

stevew@promotionalelements.com

Mike Seifried and I started Promotional Elements in 1998 with a vision that business can be fun, challenging and rewarding. After 15 years it is still fun, it’s most definitely challenging and it’s also very rewarding knowing how much we contribute to our clients, staff, suppliers and community in many positive ways.

I began my career in University selling a lot of beer steins to students. 30 years later we still enjoy working on the simple projects with quick turn-around times but we also pride ourselves on partnering with our clients to create large scale international campaigns.

We love a challenge and we welcome the opportunity to prove ourselves to you and earn your business.

Each year brings more new and exciting products as well as welcomed challenges. I pride myself in going the extra mile to ensure quality service to all of our customers.

The team that I have been fortunate enough to work with at Promotional Elements makes all of this an exciting adventure from year to year.

KARL NIEVA
- Senior Business Consultant

karln@promotionalelements.com

I may be the happiest member of the Promotional Elements team! I’m always happy and positive because I have great clients and a great support team to help with the ever changing requirements of our marketplace. It also doesn’t hurt that I have freshly baked goods and lots of chocolates with me constantly.

My focus is to make sure our clients have the best possible options while keeping in mind the values of my clients, the events, and the recipients of the gifts/incentives/promotional items. I work collaboratively with our clients and our trusted vendors, to ensure that the right choices are presented and selected. While professionalism and a “CAN DO” attitude are always paramount in what we do, I always have a lot of fun with my clients. It’s for these reasons why many of them have become strong advocates for me and my team, as well as being great friends.

It’s a new day and the possibilities are endless. Let’s get started!

Greetings and Salutations!  I am a second generation promotional product industry enthusiast, so in a way I was born for this role.  A graduate of the McMaster University Michael G. DeGroote School of Business, my passions are creative marketing and consumer behaviour.  What makes people tick?  How can we help you do something better to achieve the results you are working for?  When I am not driving the marketing efforts of Promotional Elements or racing around for my client partners, you can typically find me at a local short track speedway taking in a stock car race as part of the RactimeRadio.com broadcast crew.

THREADZ
- In-House Embroidery in Kitchener-Waterloo

threadz@promotionalelements.com

Margo and Filomena makeup our dedicated decoration duo, specialzing in the art of the sewn logo.  Working at such lightning speeds we've yet to capture them on film, not unlike the flashing sewing needles of their embroidery machine.

In addition to managing the embroidery needs of Promotional Elements, Threadz is open to helping with your decoration business too.  Just ask!

NANCY ALESSI
- Warehouse Manager

What's that Boxy?  Which way did she go?  When we asked Nancy for a photo for the website she suddenly disappeared among the supremely organized shelves.  Like a sort of shipping Ninja, one moment you'll be without a package and then BOOM!  there it is, at your desk, ready for your event.  Thank you Nancy, where ever you are...

DONNA ARSENEAU
- Controller

donna@promotionalelements.com

I'm the Controller for Promotional Elements...yes, THAT girl, the one who keeps everyone grounded in reality…

Once I get these other characters back in line I promise I'll have time to write a better bio.
