Objective:
To increase new prospect meetings from 22% to at least 40% and
to develop at least 60% new clients from these meetings compared
to only 45% previously.
Strategy & Execution:
Prior to phoning the prospect, they were sent a stainless steel
coffee mug including a coffee packet, Equal, stir stick and card
asking "Looking for hot ideas?". In the initial meeting
the prospect was given a memo clip and Promotional Elements' unique
catalogue and the client's needs were discussed. The following
day the prospect was a sent a card and a clock thanking them for
their time.
Results: Successfully
arranged meetings with 89% of telephone cold calls. Subsequently
89% of the prospects became active accounts.
