Objective:
To motivate and provide an incentive to the client's customers
to buy more... specifically to increase case sales by 17%.
Strategy & Execution:
A trade show launched client's "It's a Jungle Out There"
contest. Magnets, t-shirts and custom-made jungle shirts were
used to promote the event. A scratch and win contest followed
that gave the client's customers the opportunity to win prizes
based on the size and type of their purchases. These prizes included
binoculars, cameras, Safari watches with a Grand Prize being a
night out to the Lion King Musical.
Results: The
client was pleased with the success of the promotion. They surpassed
their goal of 17% and achieved a 27% increase in case sales.
